BECOME A CERTIFIED EMOTIONS & METAPHYSICAL KINESIOLOGY™ PRACTITIONER
If you love Kinesiology and want to help heal yourself, your family, friends, and even humanity by becoming an Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology™ (EMK) Practitioner, these are the courses for you! It's the gift that keeps on giving.
Every session is a unique & different experience which means it's always so exciting to work with many clients. In a session we let the body tell us what is needed or out of balance through muscle reflex testing and access the sub conscious mind to balance stress, trauma & drama held within the body, from the highest of priorities to the smaller things.
In just 10 months you can be a fully certified and practicing Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner.
Our exciting, specialised and unique system of our combined in-person and online EMK accredited courses, and finishing with our online Practitioner Certification Training Program will have you fully qualified and practicing as a confident, professional and skilled Kinesiologist. If you start in February, you can complete the pathway by November the same year and for mid-year enrolments, you will complete the pathway in November the following year.
Energy Healing
As an EMK Practitioner, we believe there is a direct connection between the emotions felt in the body and how they show up physically as fear, pain, stress, and trauma. EMK embraces the body's intrinsic healing energy.
Mind-Body Link
The mind (thoughts) and emotions (feelings) can disrupt the body's balance, resulting in symptoms of pain, stress, and trauma, which make it challenging to live with purpose, clarity, balance, and ease.
Emotional Connection
Differing from traditional kinesiology, EMK focuses on emotions, energy and the metaphysical connections to visible symptoms. EMK identifies, validates and works with the emotions held in the body that manifest as emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual symptoms.
Heart Centred
With a heart-centred approach, we identify the emotion directly correlating to the pain, stress, and trauma held in the body.
Release
We harmonise and balance the body by releasing emotions deeply rooted in the body and soul, allowing it to return to its natural, balanced state of homeostasis.

Using nature's chi energy, affirmations and a diverse range of natural remedies, EMK optimises the healing experience, treating the mind, body, and spirit as one.

These incredible courses were personally designed and developed by Denise Robinson from By the Bay Kinesiology, drawing on nearly two decades of learning and heartfelt experiences with clients. The sessions get right to the heart of the matter in such a gentle way, creating balance for every client who has had the pleasure of experiencing a session with Denise or other Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology™ practitioner.
The Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology™ modality is a fully accredited, certified & recognised course with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).
There are two steps to complete our program.
Firstly, you will enjoy learning with a small and diverse group of like-minded souls with the six face-to-face courses with Melissa Werner. During these six courses you will learn all the skills you need and a deep understanding of kinesiology.
You will complete your studies with the Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner Certification Training Program. This online course is facilitated by Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ founder, Denise Robinson of By the Bay Kinesiology.

Step Two
Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner Certification Training Program online face-to-face modules facilitated by Denise Robinson at By The Bay Kinesiology.
Prerequisite: To be eligible to enrol in this program, students must have attended the following courses PRIOR to the commencement of this certification program:
- Kineasy Intro Course,
- Mastery of the Five Elements Core Essence and Character;
- Meridian Rivers of Chi Kinesiology; and
- Chakra Healing Kinesiology.
Please note: As long as you are enrolled and are scheduled to attend the above listed courses with your Instructor prior to the start date you are able to enrol in the online EMK Practitioner Certification Training Program.
Training is online via Live Zoom Video Conference with Denise Robinson: 30 hours face-to-face commitment (Evenings or Daytime Hours)
Additional Requirements
Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance to practice kinesiology and facilitate the Mind, Body, Soul Wellbeing Workshops (available through our recommended insurance provider).
- Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Public Liability, Professional & Products Indemnity Insurance to practice Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology (available through IICT menbership). Sprcific EMK practitioner link proveided upon certification.
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate.
- A signed ‘By The Bay Kinesiology’ (BTBK) Practitioner Agreement for the term of two years.
- Complete EMK Recertification requirements every two years as specified in the Practitioner Agreement to be maintained as an active and
Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner.
Certification
Upon competent completion of:
- All Six Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Courses (198 hours) and
- Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner Certification Training Program (80 hours)
You will be presented with
Certification as a ‘Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner’ for the full course and program of 278 hours, be eligible to become a member of the IICT as an EMK Practitioner, and obtain insurance to practice Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology.

International Institute for Complementary Therapists
The full EMK Modality is a Premier Training Provider and recognised with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) under ‘Specialised Kinesiology’. This allows our EMK Practitioners to obtain affordable membership and insurance with IICT.
Maintaining your EMK Practitioner Certification
EMK Practitioners must complete the EMK Practitioner Recertification every two years to maintain their status as an ACTIVE EMK Practitioner.
This recertification process entails booking a 2-hour Recertification session with a Certified EMK Assessor, for a flat fee of $300 payable to your instructor.
This recertification session includes:
- You, as the Practitioner, delivering a 60-minute EMK Session to demonstrate competency as an EMK Practitioner.
- Receiving 60 minutes of mentoring to enhance EMK skills, expand knowledge, and address any EMK session or business queries.
This session can be scheduled within the three months prior to your recertification date and will be repeated every two years, aligning with your practitioner's certification date on your certificate, to maintain an active practitioner status.
The By The Bay Kinesiology® office will be in contact with you via email when you are due for recertification. Once complete, an administration/processing fee of $66 will apply which includes a new electronic certificate being issued.
